ABOUT THE EVENT
Vizio held their first in-person NewFront at Moonlight Studios NYC during IAB NewFronts week. It was an immersive hybrid experience, with presenters introducing Vizio’s new advertising technologies, analytics dashboard, planning tools and expanded content offerings to in-person and virtual attendees. This event culminated Vizio’s week-long celebration of its 20 year anniversary, with speakers and guests entering through Moonlight Studios’ open terrace and utilizing the production space. An engaging custom designed dynamic virtual backdrop was used throughout the venue for the occasion. IAB NewFronts is the world’s largest digital content marketplace, bringing together networks and media buyers from major ad agencies, marketers and the press for a chance to get a preview of upcoming programming plans. NewFronts are a spin-off of the traditional television UpFronts but aligned with the digital age. Initially, NewFronts came about with the intention to promote the digital video movement. As online video increased in popularity, NewFronts have become a series of events that are extremely similar to that of Upfronts.
